Material Selection & Swatch Approval
Yarn/Textile Options: Choose from cotton, bamboo fiber, polyester blends, or specialized antimicrobial yarns Factory sources yarns and provides physical swatches for approval
Production Agreement
Order Confirmation: Sign contract specifying: Quantity (minimum 500 pairs for solid colors) Pricing (based on material complexity) Delivery timeline (typically 30-45 days post-approval)
Mass Production
Manufacturing Stages: Knitting: Automated machines create sock bodies and toe-closing Boarding:Boarding the bulk orders based on confirmed size specifications Online Quality Inspection:Toe-closing and quality inspection (e.g., hole detection). QC Checkpoints: Random AQL sampling during production
Final Inspection & Packaging
Quality Control: Dimensional accuracy, color fastness, and stitch integrity tests. Defect rate below 2% (industry standard) Packaging: Custom tags, polybags, or branded boxes per client request
Shipping & Logistics
Delivery Terms: FOB/FCA incoterms common for international orders Documentation: Provide packing lists, commercial invoices, and compliance certificates (e.g., OEKO-TEX®)
Prototype Development & Approval
Sampling: Factory produces physical prototypes using selected materials. Includes size testing (e.g., men’s US 9-11, women’s 6-8) Revisions: complimentary revisions for pattern/color adjustments
